We are looking for outgoing applicants who are smart, punctual, and super organized. Applicants must have exceptional people skills, the ability to perform under pressure, love working with children, and the desire to build a career at TGC. Class and group management working with children is beneficial.
Experience is not necessary for many of our entry-level positions. We have an excellent training system for our employees that allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work at TGC.

We are currently taking applications for the following positions:
Kids Camp Counselor
Position Details:
A TGC Kids Camp Counselor will monitor and mentor elementary-aged children in our after school program and summer camps. Counselors will report directly to the Kids Camp Director and complete tasks that he/she deem necessary for the success of the program.
Tasks may include:

checking children in and out of the program
-
tracking attendance
-
helping with homework
-
facilitating games
-
organizing and overseeing crafts
-
cleaning and organizing the space
-
assisting with events related to the Kids Camp program
-
generating new ideas and concepts that will help make the Kids Camp program successful
Tumbling/Gymnastics Coach
Position Details:
Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience with coaching tumbling or gymnastics not necessary but must be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life.
Ninja/Boys Gymnastics Coach
Position Details:
Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. A great coach will be incredibly energetic and have a passion for fitness. Must also be excited to work with children, ages 3+ and make a positive impact in their lives.
Party & Events Coach
Position Details:
Experience working with various ages and abilities is helpful. Must be energetic and have a passion for fun. We like to consider ourselves the party experts in Tullahoma! This person will be responsible for helping set up, run, and clean up birthday parties and special events. Weekend hours will be necessary.
